Acrylic on Masonite, 9×12″
Another piece for Hero Complex Gallery, this is based on the Joe Dante directed werewolf movie ‘The Howling’ from 1981, starring Dee Wallace. I saw it as a kid and it scared the woolly Irish pants off me! X’O
‘The Pacifier’ – acrylic on 9×12″ Masonite
The first of my ‘52 Paintings‘ project, one painting every week for a year!
Thank you Dania Piotti for the idea! 😉

Very happy to be part of this show!
Base card art for Versicolor’s Bettie Page sketch card set. Approx 7 x 9.5 inches. The colour one is acrylics on water colour card and the black and white one is multiliners and Copic markers on Bristol board.
This was a painting commission for a friend in Texas, a birthday gift for his wife. Their beautiful German Shepherd Monte died last Summer and having lost our own girl Wolfie last December I really wanted to do a good job. It’s acrylic on canvas, my largest painting to date, and you can see how it took over my tiny office as I worked on it! They loved it and I plan on painting Wolfie for Veronica and myself sometime soon.
Acrylic on watercolour block. I hope to do more seascapes soon. This beach is on the Wexford coast and is always pretty quiet. Our dogs love it!
