Monte

This was a painting commission for a friend in Texas, a birthday gift for his wife. Their beautiful German Shepherd Monte died last Summer and having lost our own girl Wolfie last December I really wanted to do a good job. It’s acrylic on canvas, my largest painting to date, and you can see how it took over my tiny office as I worked on it! They loved it and I plan on painting Wolfie for Veronica and myself sometime soon. :)
